Shipping
- Where: in Canada; in the United States only for products whose page says so (our designs and products from our U.S. warehouses).
- Cost: free. Shipping costs are already included in each product’s displayed price.
- Delivery times: printed products: 2 to 5 business days of production, then 3 to 8 business days in transit; other products: up to 20 business days. Delivered no later than 20 business days after your order.
- Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or a partner carrier of our suppliers. The carrier’s name and the tracking number are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. An order with several products may arrive in several packages.
- Taxes and customs: a shipment that crosses a border may be subject to taxes (GST/QST), customs duties and brokerage or handling fees, payable to the carrier on delivery. For a product shipped from China, this can happen when the parcel is worth more than $20. The amount cannot be calculated in advance and is not included in our prices.
Returns and refunds
- Defective, damaged or wrong product: write to us within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo. We will replace it or refund you, free of charge.
- Products printed with our designs: made to order, they cannot be returned if you change your mind (size, colour). Please check the size guide.
- Other products: returns accepted within 30 days if new and unused; return shipping at your expense unless defective.
- Refund: within 15 days, to the original payment method.
- These rules do not limit your cancellation rights or the legal warranty: see our terms of sale.
- Return address: write to us before returning a product; we will send you the return address by email.
