2. Our products<\/h2>\n

Our clothing and accessories with our designs are made to order<\/strong> by our printing partner Printful. Other products are shipped directly by our supplier CJdropshipping from its warehouses in China, Canada or the United States; each product page states where it can be delivered. The description, material, dimensions, size guide and photos of each product are on its page; on-screen colours may differ slightly from reality.<\/p>\n

3. Prices<\/h2>\n

Prices are in Canadian dollars<\/strong> and include shipping<\/strong> to Canada and the United States: no shipping fees are added. Before you confirm your order, the summary details the price of each product and the total amount due<\/strong>. Serenity Market is a small supplier under tax law and is not registered for the GST and QST: no sales tax is charged<\/strong>. If registration becomes mandatory, taxes will be clearly shown before you order.<\/p>\n

Third-party charges:<\/strong> a shipment that crosses a border may be subject to taxes, customs duties and brokerage or handling fees, charged by the customs agency or the carrier and payable on delivery. For a product shipped from China<\/strong>, the Canada Border Services Agency may collect GST and QST (and, depending on the product, duties) when the parcel is worth more than $20. These amounts cannot be calculated in advance; they are not collected by us and are not included in our prices.<\/p>\n

4. Ordering and payment<\/h2>\n

Before paying, you see the full summary of your order: you can change it, correct any error, accept it or abandon it<\/strong>. Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.<\/p>\n

As soon as you order, you receive a confirmation email that serves as yourcopy of the contract<\/strong> : it contains your name and address, the date, the details of the products and prices, and a link to these terms, which you can keep and print.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/h2>\n

We deliver in Canada, and in the United States for products whose page says so, to the shipping address you provide<\/strong>. Timelines: 2 to 5 business days of production for printed products, then 3 to 8 business days in transit; up to 20 business days<\/strong> for products shipped by our supplier. In all cases, delivery is scheduled no later than 20 business days after your order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or a partner carrier of our suppliers, depending on the product and address. The carrier\u2019s name and the tracking number are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. See also our page Shipping & Returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n
